At DecoreDay, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order after placing it. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.
Order Cancellation Window
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. As we process orders quickly, cancellations requested after this window may not be possible.
How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and full name.

We will do our best to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or dispatched.
Orders Already Dispatched
If your order has already been dispatched at the time of your cancellation request, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you may return the item to us once it has been delivered. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for full details on how to start a return.
Cancellation Confirmation
If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
Modifications to Orders
If you would like to change your order rather than cancel it, such as updating the delivery address or switching to a different product size, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make the changes before your order is dispatched.
Right to Cancel Under UK Consumer Law
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
