Returns
At DecoreDay, we want customers to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused
• The item must be in its original packaging
• The item must be in the same condition as when it was received
• Proof of purchase must be provided
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

- Our team will respond within 1 business day with approval and return instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship to the return address below using a tracked service

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the item to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we will offer a full refund or free replacement at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return shipping cost in full.
