Q1: How do I place an order?
Simply browse our shop, select the product and size you want, and click Add to Cart. When you are ready, go to your cart and follow the checkout steps to complete your order.

Q4: How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 6 to 12 business days. This includes 1 to 3 business days for processing and 5 to 9 business days for shipping transit time.

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom with no minimum order value required.

Q8: What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please email us at info@decoreday.com with your order number to start a return.
Q9: How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 14 days back to your original payment method.
Q10: What if my item arrived damaged?
Please email us at info@decoreday.com with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund for you right away.
